Salted Egg Custard Walnut Mooncakes

Undeniable delicious mooncake with homemade steam custard flavoured with salted egg yolks. The custard is wrapped with a buttery walnut crust and baked to a light golden finish. Best to be eaten fresh from the oven with a cup of kopi-O.
