When chefs gather, a sumptuous meal is the most effective communication among them . Tired bodies and souls upon them, this evening of joy rejuvenated them to another year of teaching students to serve good foods on family dining tables.
The foods prepared by Chef Shih is superb awesome and thanks to Lynette's generosity in getting top grade ingredients for the dinner. Most dear-ly dish was the grey pomfret fish for $100, well during CNY the vendors trample and violate the shoppers' money purses. Take it or leave it! Every single dish was award winning, nutured the soul and sated rumbling tummies. At end of dinner, all headed home with a big smile and a happy belly.
