Thai Milk Tea Drizzle Cake

A visit to Adam or Bedok hawker centre is unfulfilling without a glass of Teh Tarik, likewise a cold glass of Thai milk tea is a must when shopping at Golden Mile Complex for thai grocery. The tea leaves from Thailand has a distinct fragrance that is so aromatic. The drink is enriched with loads of condensed milk and evaporated milk. I simply use the same ingredients and added to the butter cake mixture and this delicious cake is before your eyes. By the way, the tea leaves go into the cake as well. Serve the cake with a light butter cream for a luxurious velvety smoothness.
