Vietnamese Fried Chicken Roll

Just when you are tired of eating chinese spring rolls, pick up a packet of vietnamese rice paper and prepare a meat filling seasoned with fish sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Toss in some chopped black fungus, french beans, carrots and tung hoon for extra flavours. These rolls are deep fried in medium low fire till crispy and served with a fish sauce lime chilli dip. So simple and well loved !
