Fingerfoods 2: Buttermilk Cheezy Beefy Dip 墨西哥奶酪卤

When I had to serve an appetizer to 50 guests, I came up with this idea of combining a mexican cheese dip with my fave panfried minced beef . Cognac is often used in my Dad's cooking to replace chinese cooking wine. Coriander powder, cumin n chilli powder r widely used here as well. Served it w crunching nachos n u wouldn't want other dips.
